I am a leadership consultant, educator, author, executive coach, and business professional with more than two decades of multidisciplinary experience in manufacturing, banking, government, retail, logistics, customer service, education, marketing, organizational development, and private security.
Throughout my professional career, I have served in leadership and management positions, including Sales Supervisor, Management Assistant, Operations Manager, Process Analyst, Customer Service Professional, Educator, and Business Consultant. I have led multidisciplinary teams of up to 375 employees, while designing operational manuals, standard operating procedures, instructional guides, workflow systems, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthened organizational performance.
As Management Assistant at Productora Cartonera S.A. (PROCARSA), I gained extensive experience in executive management support, business operations, and quality systems, working with ISO standards, ISO 14001 environmental management principles, OSHA safety practices, and BASC (Business Alliance for Secure Commerce) security standards.
My experience also includes serving as Operations Manager in the private security industry, supervising large operational teams and implementing organizational procedures and security protocols. As a Process Analyst for Ecuador's Ministry of Environment and Banco D-MIRO, I developed process documentation, operational manuals, workflow diagrams, and organizational improvement projects.
In the commercial sector, I have worked with organizations including Amazon, Walmart, Jewel-Osco, and Food 4 Less, gaining practical experience in logistics, warehouse operations, customer service excellence, inventory management, and modern retail operations.
My academic and professional preparation combines business education with executive coaching and organizational leadership. I hold an MBA and have completed specialized professional training as:
International Certification in Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Master Business Coach under Dr. Edmundo Velasco.
Master Coach Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) through Dr. José Torres Venegas and José Torres & Associates.
Business Consulting Program through José Torres & Associates.
 CORE of Success and Life Coaching through Transform Destinty and Certified Success and Life Coach by International Board and Coaches Practitioners (IBCP).
These studies complement my practical experience in leadership development, organizational consulting, business strategy, customer service excellence, marketing, process improvement, and the application of artificial intelligence to business and organizational development.
